Job Summary Job Description: We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our team, specializing in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring ServiceNow modules, particularly in HR, and a strong understanding of HR processes and integrations. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to customize and automate HR services using ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: HR Service Delivery Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet client-specific requirements (OOTB). Map client existing HR processes to ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, providing demos and consultations. Implement and configure HR applications to set up HR data and automate HR processes. Client Interaction and Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with HR stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow HRSD solutions. Understand client requirements and create HR services and record producers. Integration and Automation: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations to connect ServiceNow with external systems. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within client organizations. ITIL Process Understanding: Apply ITIL concepts to ensure continuous improvement and maintain a sustainable infrastructure. Follow change management protocols and ensure that HR processes are in alignment with best practices. Project Support and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by meeting defined SLAs. Assist in integration testing and support customers during UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Knowledge Management and Reporting: Configure and manage Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Chat, and HR Hub to enhance HR service delivery. Develop and manage reporting capabilities for tracking HR services. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of HRSD solutions. Support in driving HRSD process improvements, focusing on efficiency and automation. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Core Skills: Extensive experience in configuring ServiceNow HRSD modules (HR Service Delivery). Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP Integrations and hands-on experience with API integrations. Understanding of ITIL concepts, especially related to HR and IT service management. Experience: 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development, with a focus on HRSD. Experience in Customer Service with an ability to meet SLAs and manage client expectations. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting Language, and integration tools like MID Server. Strong experience with HR Service Management, Knowledge Management, Reporting, and Service Portal in ServiceNow. Certifications: Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and ITIL are highly preferred. Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent. Additional Information: Job Type: Full-Time Location: Pune
