Job Summary

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects, spearheading transformative initiatives.
  • Design, architect, and drive the implementation and integration of ServiceNow products with other systems.
  • Ensure delivered solutions adhere to corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.

Embrace Expertise in GRC & Risk Management:

  • Possess a strong track record in implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM for policy and compliance, vendor management, risk management, and more.
  • Deliver GRC technology solutions to automate risk management processes (risk assessments, mitigation strategies, etc.)
  • Understand applicable regulations, best practices, and industry standards for managing risk and ensuring compliance.

Technical Expertise is Key:

  • Hands-on experience developing solutions with ServiceNow platform components.
  • Proven ability to create custom processes, integrations, and applications.
  • Collaborate with business architects and analysts to define functional and technical system architecture.
  • Define and maintain architecture definitions, participating in design discussions to create solutions and contribute to the development lifecycle.

Lead with Vision and Communication:

  • Conduct impact assessments and propose development methodologies for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Champion ServiceNow best practices and provide expert-level support and mentoring to the implementation team.
  • Understand SAFe Agile methodology for implementation.

Be a Self-Driven Problem Solver:

  • Demonstrate research and solution orientation, proactively anticipating issues and offering alternative solutions aligned with architecture principles.
  • Share best practices and provide consultation throughout the project's technical design.

Proven Success & Communication Skills:

  • Proven success in large-scale deployments and understanding of application lifecycle management.
  • Create high-level design documents covering business, infrastructure, security, support, and operational needs.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Maintain strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  • Required: ServiceNow System Administrator Certification Exam (CSA)
  • Preferred: CIS- Risk and Compliance Certification
