Responsibilities: Utilize technical skills to extract insights and operationalize reporting processes using tools such as Smartsheet, PowerBI, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Excel, Power Query, etc. Manage and optimize reporting dashboards and organize data sources Create customer presentations, provide service level analytics, and support for customer initiatives Cross-functional collaboration for efficient project milestone tracking and sentiment analysis from CSAT, NPS, and other surveys Provide support and training on reporting tools, gaining deep knowledge into Tangoe platforms to assist CSMs and understand customer utilization for data-driven insights at all levels Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and workflows Optimize and manage existing reporting dashboards and organize data sources Contribute to process enhancements and streamlining for capacity and efficiency improvements Participate in testing and quality assurance activities Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills, including high English proficiency Proven expertise as a Business Analyst providing excellent support Skilled in project management, reporting tools and strong attention to detail Exceptional problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Results-driven with a commitment to consistently delivering high-quality work Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Ops, IT, Product, Deployment and Sales Minimum 3 years relevant work experience Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience required
