Job Title: Product Manager - US Healthcare Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of healthcare products in the Hospital, Population Health, and Payer domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet customer needs and drive business growth. Responsibilities: l Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the Hospital, Population Health, and Payer domains. l Develop and manage product roadmaps and product backlogs to prioritize and deliver product features and enhancements that align with customer needs and business objectives. l Work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and ensure that they are clearly communicated to engineering and design teams. l Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and to the desired quality. l Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans to drive product adoption and customer engagement. l Monitor and analyze key product metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. l Work with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials. l Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback to improve products. l Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape to ensure that our products are innovative, compliant, and competitive. Requirements: l Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare management, business administration, or computer science). l 8+ years of experience in healthcare product management, with a focus on Hospital, Population Health, and Payer domains. l Strong understanding of healthcare technology, market trends, and regulatory requirements. l Experience working in agile product development methodologies. l Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. l Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. l Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. l Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions. l Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare IT systems is a plus.
