Senior Product Manager Job in Blueshift Labs

Role

• Lead a cross-functional team to bring new features and products to market that delight our customers and help our business grow
• Review customer feedback across different sources and maintain a feature backlog
• Understand the different competitors, their strengths and weaknesses, and product capabilities
• Understand business priorities and maintain a short and long term product roadmap to help us achieve our key business objectives
• Identify industry partners, manage integrations and drive build vs buy decision for new initiatives
• Lead sales and customer calls for feature discovery and requirements gathering, feedback collection and feature demo
• Work with the support and engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs in a timely manner to ensure a high quality customer experience
• Translate customer and business requirements into user stories and detailed product specifications to explain the why and the what to the engineering team
• Create wireframes and other collaterals to support user stories and product specifications
• Work with the design team to produce high fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Organize feature reviews with internal stakeholders, resolve conflicts and drive alignment on new feature development initiatives
• Execute pilots of new product concepts with early access customers, learn, iterate and then scale quickly
• Create collaterals for the Product Marketing team for new feature releases
• Work with the technical writer(s) to create, maintain and update user guides for new and existing features
• Build out product product tours and onboarding flows to drive feature awareness and adoption
• Communicate key initiatives and milestones to all the stakeholders and ensure organization wide visibility into the product roadmap
• Establish success metrics, measure and monitor performance of each feature
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to build new features or deprecate existing ones
