Job Description: Develop and execute the business and merchandising plan for Frozen F&M. Category. Review the consolidated F&M. category budget to ensure it meets the business objectives and set the direction for the DC Executives & Store Team for ensuring the company standard s and brand. Drive the Bill penetration for the F&M. business. Set up partnerships with the brands for Joint Business plan (JBP) /integrated processors to drive Quality, Value and Productivity, while driving down costs of sourcing and wastage. Bringing the other income in terms of visibility and fixing the TOT time to time for generating revenue for the company Plan and execute promotional and pricing programs to drive price perception and sales. Manage a team of Executives & stores to deliver on: Sales and Margin targets Management of stock and adherence to the WDFR norms Appropriate composition of local range Implementation of the Promotional and pricing programs with Current ADS Qty and sales projections and cascading sales targets with stores Need to meet brands for getting good offers from them Collaborate with Stores /operation staffs for ensuring proper display of items with right Price tags. He has to impart training to staffs & promoters on sampling and how to drive the sales Drive availability by focusing on regular fill rate reviews with the brands & Store Need to control DOH by monitoring stores indent of it and identify slow moving articles and blocking it as BFP (Block for procurement) store can t receive products Publishing of daily sales report of Region, store, formats, class, Article wise along with DAD & Margin %, NOB & ABV. High on collaboration, Flexible in nature with High energy Vendors management (NVI), NPI and listing & linking articles. Publishing daily SOH status with the stores & Brands He should know how to prepare a PPT with HISTOGRAM, WATER FALLS & CHARTS He should be well versed with SAP & computer Knowledge & Excel with VLOOK UP & PIVOTAL TABLE Drive Standard merchandising processes to ensure compliance to all statutory norms and that drive efficiencies.
