Job Summary
Ensure that the technical and non-technical requirements are complete and realistic, communicate
project plans and report status updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders
Lead team retrospectives by helping drive continuous improvements across the team
Ensure quality and functional goals are met by working closely with the QA team
Assess and mitigate risks, resolve bottlenecks, serve as an escalation point of contact, anticipate and
assess trade-offs and balance business needs with technical constraints
Assist development teams in researching, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues, documenting solutions,
and managing bug fix release cycles
Ability to develop detailed, complete, and clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Ensure team health through consistent team engagement; engage appropriate help to proactively
address issues. Assess team composition and recommend staffing changes.
Ensure timely and seamless communication within the team and all stakeholder
Experience with tools such as JIRA, or similarBE/ B Tech/MCA/ Masters Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a related fieldExperience with tools such as JIRA, or similarBE/ B Tech/MCA/ Masters Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
