Job Summary
2. Managing the collections through team
3. Travelling to all the locations within the state on monthly basis to review the performance of each field location.
4. Ensuring smooth execution of the various strategies/drives planned by HO/RO for day to day collection performance improvement. Designing ground level plans for executing the team strategies.
5. Periodic performance review of Team & keeping close control to ensure the achievement of allocated collection targets on various parameters.
6. Periodic monitoring of the field capacity as per the Avg. Collection Ratio (ACR)
7. Monthly review of the state, location, agency performance, taking action against the low performer Team & agencies. Identifying & suggesting new agencies / DMAs for collection & evaluation before empanelment of these new agencies.
8. Ensuring that the ACMs conduct periodic billing & processing of the payouts for their agencies / DMAs as per the approved payout grids & maintaining the data of various collection costs incurred across the states.
9. Monitoring the liquidation of eligible repo assets and ensuring that the team below collects payment for approved for sale cases timely.
10. Monitoring the Periodic requirement of the receipt books/ HHTs, mobile app codes / repo kits for the state. Monitoring the deposition of collection amount by the agencies across the state & ensuring timely action against agencies for non-adherence at ground level.
11. Recommending for initiation of appropriate legal actions in chronic default cases in the state with co-ordination with the Area legal managers.
12. Monitoring the daily productivity MIS & shared with the higher management along with the analysis for the states
13. Managing the customer service escalations for collection related issues for the state & ensuring amicable resolutions in the same.
14. Providing inputs on the geo limits, negative areas & negative profiles in the various geographies in the states managed.
15. Escalation of sales related issues (registration, dealer service issues, etc.) for the delinquent cases of the state with the RSMs /CBMs on a regular basis
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the collections performance on various collection parameters such as Arrear resolution, Bucket wise resolutions including the Roll forward rates, Loan loss provisioning, Collection costs, Penal interest collection for the assigned State/s.2. Managing the collections through team
