Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

This role is for managing books of accounts, various audits, tax compliances, tax
assessments/ scrutiny, reporting requirements to shareholders and management and
assist CFO in cost management, budgeting & forecasting process.
2. Duties & Responsibilities
In charge of General Ledger
Ensure timely completion of allmonthly and quarter end closing activitiesincluding
provisions, balance sheet and income statement
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, MIS for- Actual v/s Budgeted,
various Analysis and reporting,
Coordinate and preparation of the budget and financial forecasts
Managing Internal audit, External Auditors for statutory, Tax Audit reports, GST Audit
Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns (monthly, quarterly & annual) with data
verification
Handling of all statutory Assessments and scrutiny (GST, income-tax)
3: Key Challenges
Stakeholders management
Timely and accurate deliverables
Development of resources
4: Decision Making Authority
Decisions made alone - Team management, prioritization of work, escalation
of key strategic issues, documentation/ supporting adequacy
Decision requiring consultation with manager/ higher level Audit
observations/ disclosure in financials. Tax Returns, accounting policy/
process deviation, automation, key communication to senior management




Experience Required :

7 to 10 Years
