Job Summary
1. Daily tracking of leads in ICRM and updating of feedback of the
same
2. Ensuring zero escalations and unattended leads in the region
3. Increasing same month & ADC SOP Conversion.
4. Tracking ADC business on enquiry to login to conversion basis
5. Publishing daily business tracker PAN India
6. Speaking to CSMs on daily basis and push for login &
disbursement of ADC cases
7. Maintaining good relationship with field team
8. Call center review and management
9. Same month conversion improvement required on mom basis
