Responsibilities: Provide technical support to the sales team and clients, including conducting site surveys and assessments, and recommending appropriate security and access control solutions. Design and propose security and access control solutions that meet client needs and requirements. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and installation teams, to ensure the successful implementation of security and access control solutions. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of security and access control systems as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in security and access control technology. Provide training and support to clients and end-users on security and access control systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and access control systems design and implementation. Strong technical background in security and access control systems, including knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
