Sr. Sales Executive (Tele sales - Product)
Job Description:-
1. The Tele sales executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone or email, introducing our products, and scheduling sample submission, price information and order collection for our CRM team.
2. The l candidate will be responsible for converting given leads, building rapport with customers, and ensuring that our sales pipeline remains full.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products.
2. Follow up with customers and track progress through the sales pipeline.
3. Manage lead tracker and lead to deal conversion process .
3. Build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
4. Use CRM software to update customer information, track progress, and provide reports.
4. Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.
Work closely with the CRM team for order fulfilment.
Qualifications
With at least 2-3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales strictly Product sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead/ deal management processes.
Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
