Roles and Responsibility

• Knowledge of and passion for internet-based, branded, short-form video content
• Conceptualize unique ideas for video and motion graphic assignments and marketing campaigns.
• Be heavily involved in ideation process along with the content and creative team
• Execute and lead original motion graphics and visual effects for content across all media channels
• Able to multi-task work on several projects at once.
• Work independently as well as with internal teams and clients to manage complex projects
• Deliver cutting edge visual content
• Development of graphics (UI, Graphics, illustrations & animations, etc)
• Can troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex video editing issues and provide suggestions for streamlining process flow.
• Be heavily involved in the pre-production process to establish frame by frame sequence
• Work with the videographer to create high-quality visual content for different clients

The ideal candidate is based in Gurgaon, Haryana and possesses the visual communication, design, creative, and technical skills required to successfully fulfil clients requirements.

Skills Required:

• Ability to convey ideas, understand client vision/direction, and present designs and concepts
• Conceptual thinking in both storytelling, motion design, and advertising.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard software tools, such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Knowledge in video and sound editing programs will be strongly preferred.
• Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Must be proactive about improving/developing artistic skills.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• 3+ years experience required in the same field
