Position: Relationship Manager / Sr Relationship Manager
CTC - Negotiable for the right fit ( depending upon a current package, experience, education, interview status )
Job Responsibility :
1. Meet defined business targets through Client Acquisition & Delivery
2. Manage End to End Recruitment Lifecycle ( Sourcing, Interviewing, Client Co-Ordination, Onboarding etc )
3. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to the processes of the company and its clients.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate with Min 60% in Xth.
- Fluency in English and Hindi and a regional language is a must.
- Candidate must be proficient with MS Office and IT Savvy.
