Greetings of the day!


We are hiring for a Sr. / Branch Recruiter at Kolkata.

Minimum experience - 1 to 4 years


*Good communication skills is a must.


Location - Kolkata

  • Strong understanding of Contract/Bulk Hiring & Permanent Hiring.
  • This position is a 70 :: 30 mix of Permanent :: Contract positions (70% into Permanent Recruitment & 30% into Contract / Bulk Hiring).
  • Screening through CVs, calling up candidates, interviewing them on their interest level & fixing up a meet with the client.
  • Handling the entire cycle of recruitment. From sourcing --> onboarding.
  • Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate with regards to the interviews taken.
  • Should be a customer champion who can work closely with the client.
  • Should be Target Driven.
