Accountabilities: Advises the customer regarding production services. Ensure billing of services is in line with the accounting period according to the commissioned service for his or her own organizational unit. Ensure that cost from the Projects should revenue back to operational account Optimization of the service elements and achieving the target cost level. Cooperation/interaction of the operational planning and forecasting with SDM. New services, plan & budget calculations. Safeguard/control service offering and Operations Plans and develops efficiency-increasing measures in Operations and is responsible for their implementation in Delivery Be the senior point of contact in the overall support and delivery of specific services with detailed knowledge of the infrastructure and technologies that they rely upon, and understanding their technical and business interfaces with other systems and services. Be aware of other services, technologies and software applications that may also be used to either enhance or replace the existing services. Well versed in security, system performance, troubleshooting, clustering, and fluent in scripting. Key Challenges: The breadth of knowledge demanded from the team includes specialist areas like client/server operation, networking, clustering, high-availability, Processes and Tools. Ability to work with individuals in different regions, time zones and cultures.
