o CA with 10-15 years experience in working with stock broking Operations.
o Should have Experience in Operations Management, banking management, Collateral Management, Clearing & Settlement Process, Depository Process Management, Compliance, and People Management.
o Deep knowledge of Back office and depository software
o Knowledge of E-KYC, DP process and other broking norms

Job Description :

To manage, control and train teams responsible for banking, exchange , DP, KYC, MIS etc.
Responsible for managing day to day operational activities like settlement of funds pay-in and pay-out, collateral management etc.
Responsible for handling of all the banking transactions and bank reconciliation.
liaising and coordination with Bank and financial institution for financial assistance limits.
Ensuring timely operational reporting related to Exchanges and SEBI like daily margin reporting of clients, enhanced risk-based supervision, daily monitoring of client collaterals, daily margin statements, other periodic submissions, etc.
Liaising with software vendor for development and verification of data and also implementation of new guidelines and circular issued by the regulators on time to time.
Formulating operational strategies along with business teams
Managing team of Depository operations related to account opening records uploading, sending periodic statements to the clients, pay-in and pay-out process, pledge / unpledged / repledge creations and invocations, etc.
Managing monthly DP Concurrent audits
Coordinating and timely providing accurate data during half yearly internal audits, system audits, Exchanges and SEBI Inspections, etc.
Responsible for coordination with various division to prepare various MIS at company and multilevel /divisional level.
Mentoring and monitoring the team to ensure high level of accuracy and timely execution.
