About You
You are an experienced and dynamic CloudOps Manager with a proven track record in managing cloud infrastructure and leading teams to success. You thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and are passionate about cloud technologies that drive business outcomes. With deep expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP, you ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud environments. You excel at collaborative problem-solving, incident management, and automation, while leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement.
What You ll Be Doing
- Manage, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
- Lead a team of CloudOps engineers, ensuring 24x7 operations and driving team performance.
- Work closely with development and engineering teams to track issues, implement enhancements, and align cloud operations with business goals.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Group to gather customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and provide actionable insights for service improvement.
- Implement processes for incident detection, response, and resolution to minimize downtime.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and best practices, including data protection and governance.
- Oversee changes in operations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Regularly publish support metrics to track performance and service levels.

- Ensure compliance with security standards, safeguarding cloud environments and customer data.
What You ll Need
- 7+ years of experience in cloud operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP (multi-cloud experience is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, engineering, and customer success groups.
- Proficiency in monitoring and automation tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or similar.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex cloud-based systems.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are highly desirable.
