Our client company is a working in the broad field of Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). It is headquartered in Ahmedabad, India, having a branch office in Pune.

Job Position :Artificial Intelligence Researcher

Experience :5+ years relevant

EDUCATION :

  • B.E.\B. Tech\B.S. candidates' entries with significant prior experience in the aforementioned fields will be considered.
  • M.E.\M.S.\M. Tech\PhD preferably in fields related to Computer Science with experience in machine learning, image and signal processing, or statistics preferred.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Come up with ingenious ML and DL solutions that go in the products related to
  • Text data / natural language processing
  • Machine translation
  • Object recognition and tracking
  • Audio data
  • Physiological signals and data coming from sensors
  • Large scale time-series data
  • Artificial general intelligence
    • Research the state-of-the-art modelling techniques relevant to domain-specific problems.
    • Designing and programming machine learning methods and integrating them into our ML framework/pipeline.
    • Demonstrated experience in building AI models that go in large-scale products.
    • Work hand-in-hand with world-renowned subject matter experts and researchers on the product prototypes.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:-

    Background and knowledge of recent advances in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and/or image/signal/video processing with at least 5 years of professional work experience working on real-world data.

    Inside-out knowledge of various types of deep learning methods:-

  • Computer vision models : CNN, R-CNN, U-Net, YOLO Models
  • Seq-to-seq models and transformers : BERT, Attention based models, GPT-3,GPT-2
  • Reinforcement learning (Actor-critic models, DQN, DDQN)
  • Generative models (GANs, VAEs)

    • Inside-out knowledge of various machine learning models:-

  • Unsupervised techniques : K-means clustering, BIRCH, ...
  • Supervised techniques: Ensemble based methods, Decision trees, Random forests, SVMs, Bayesian methods, Gaussian Processes
  • Feature extraction and reduction

    • A thorough understanding of convex optimization processes and packages such as ConvOpt is a big plus.

    Comprehensive knowledge of statistics is necessary (for example hypothesis testing, various distributions, probability theory and stochastic processes).

    Knowledge and experience in deploying large-scale systems using distributed and cloud-based systems (Hadoop, Spark, Amazon EC2) are a big plus.

    Knowledge of systems engineering is a big plus.

    Some experience in project management and mentoring is also a big plus.
