Job Summary

Job Overview :

The Technical Support Specialist/Leader will provide software support to clients for any functional or technical queries.Troubleshoot and debug the code of technical systems Independently. Troubleshoot and data analysis.

Perform comprehensive testing of all systems and provide the solution/feedback to the client.

Responsibilities & Duties :

  • Provide timely and accurate engineering-level support to clients and their development teams for any technical or functional or functionality issues.
  • Driving projects that improve support-related processes and our customer support experience.
  • Keep the product/change team focused and effective by triaging and then either escalating or fixing customer-reported bugs and issues in production.
  • Collaborate with QA and Development Team to help them ensure our released software is high quality and reliable.
  • Maintain existing test artefacts and document, create daily activity report.
  • Able to multi-task across tickets in your active queue and communicate with appropriate team as well as client as needed.
  • Be able to navigate error logs and translate issues to customers.
  • Active participation in review, evaluate and contribute towards continuous improvement.
  • Provide critical problem solving and advanced troubleshooting
  • Strong team player who believes in active collaboration between various teams.

Skills & Knowledge Required :

  • 3-7 years of development experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS SQL.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
  • Experience in programming languages or quality assurance.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Experience supporting applications and services.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data quality and system issues independently.
  • Ability to juggle many tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment
  • Must be self-starter and able to work as part of a team, who is excited about technology.
  • Amazing people skills with a love of working with customers.
  • Experience of API tools (ex: Postman, JMeter, SoapUI).
  • Experience of API Integration and API Support.
  • Identify and describe customer-reported software defects.
  • Able to Review application source code when troubleshooting.
  • Good Exposure on Product Testing (Banking, Finance & Card Payments industry).
  • Working with Product Based Organization would be an added advantage
