Job Summary
- Strategically plan, execute, and complete RPA, AI, and emerging tech projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Build and lead a high-performing project team.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities based on team members' expertise.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address challenges.
- Engage in pre-sales discussions to understand client requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical insights in proposals.
- Stay updated on RPA, AI, and emerging tech trends.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks transparently.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Implement proactive risk management strategies.
- Ensure that the Department ROI is always maintained.
- Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Encourage feedback and implement lessons learned.
- Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of project plans and technical specifications.
- Ensure projects adhere to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain governance frameworks for project management.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs.
- Foster a learning culture to keep the team updated on emerging technologies.
