Job Summary
  • Hiring
    • Create and maintain hiring protocols in partnership with the line managers
    • Ensure hiring process adheres to the protocols
    • Manage relationships with recruitment consultants
    • Create pipeline of candidates
    • Set up interviews and debrief line managers after interviews
  • Onboarding
    • Issue offer letter and record candidate s acceptance
    • Set up infrastructure for the candidate before joining
    • Ensure Induction and job specific training happens on time
  • Manage Compensation and quarterly performance reviews
  • Leave management via HRMS
  • Own uptime of office infrastructure - Internet, food and other infrastructure
  • Separation process
  • Work with Accounts for payroll and provident fund
  • Weekly reporting
