Job Summary
- Hiring
- Create and maintain hiring protocols in partnership with the line managers
- Ensure hiring process adheres to the protocols
- Manage relationships with recruitment consultants
- Create pipeline of candidates
- Set up interviews and debrief line managers after interviews
- Onboarding
- Issue offer letter and record candidate s acceptance
- Set up infrastructure for the candidate before joining
- Ensure Induction and job specific training happens on time
- Manage Compensation and quarterly performance reviews
- Leave management via HRMS
- Own uptime of office infrastructure - Internet, food and other infrastructure
- Separation process
- Work with Accounts for payroll and provident fund
- Weekly reporting
