Associate Manager - Analytics Job in Sutherland Global Services

Associate Managers in this role get to:

• Keep management updated: Able to articulate issues and solutions clearly and be a very good communicator with excellent Oral/written, presentation and articulation skills. Ability to write reports, documentation and speak effectively before groups of business and IT personnel
• Impact the bottom line: Identify problems, develop ideas and propose solutions within differing situations requiring analytical, evaluative or constructive thinking in daily work and for assigned programs and projects

• 8-10 years relevant experience in working with MS SQL Server 2008/2008R2/2012/2014 is mandatory
• Have ability to work on MS SQL Server and T-SQL Programming
• Be able to work on in Big data suit
• Have ability to work on ETL tools such as SSIS or Talend is a plus
• Have ability to work on data visualization tool like Tableau, PowerBI etc
• Be able to Guide the team on Creating tables, views, stored procedures and functions
• Be able to Guide the team to improve database performance
• Have good working on knowledge on Prepare documentations and specifications
• Be able to Review query performance and optimizing code
• Be proactive in providing Technical support to resolve support issues
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to adjust quickly and smoothly to changing priorities and conditions
