Job Summary Role Specification
  • This role involves identification and sourcing of deals as required by the company
  • Generates leads for land (commercial and residential), warehousing, commercial leasing among other requirements for the companys existing clients by reaching out to land aggregators/owners, promoters/developers, tracking opportunities in newspapers etc
  • Conducts site visits and market study to understand potential opportunities
  • Visit potential clients for marketing and business tie-ups
  • Role does not have set targets however the candidate will be expected to be self motivated and aggressive in his work
  • Maintain and update database of leads generated
  • Track new real estate developments in Bangalore
  • Update the reporting manager in a structured way the leads generated and feedback received
  • Candidate is expected to spend maximum time in the field for Business Development

Required Candidate profile

  • Min. 2 years of experience in real estate / business development / sales roles
  • Fluency in English
  • Basic working knowledge of computers
  • Understanding knowledge of Kannada will be preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have his own two wheeler for site / client visits

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - Relevant work experience skill with 2+ years experience
  • Preferred - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Located in Bengaluru

    Required - Good command over English
