Job Summary

The ideal candidate must have 3-7 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter and a minimum three years of experience in US IT Staffing
Experience working with Direct Clients, VMS / MSP Models is required.
Experience in using job portals (Monster, DICE,CB) and social media recruiting.
Must have good experience in hiring and placing candidates on W2 and C2C
Good Understanding of Technologies (Java, .Net. Testing, SAP, Networking, embedded engineer, C++. Mechanical engineer etc)
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
This will be 100% remote work and the Recruiter should have their own laptop and broadband connection to execute the work.
