Job Summary
  • Interacting with technical managers of different business units to understand their hiring
    requirement
  • Sourcing resumes from various channel (portals , networking sites, vendors , internal database etc. )
  • Validating candidates on a telephonic interview to ensure they match the requirement and
    are interested
  • Coordinate interviews at different levels with interview panel and candidates
  • Set up calendar invited while coordinating interviews
  • Coordinate interview drives
  • Coordinate the offer and joining process
