Job Description
SunTec Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeks Product Implementation Engineers to work in Trivandrum/Chennai.Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the Product Implementation/L3 Product SupportSkills Required
1.Should have basic knowledge of Java, Exposure with multiple database technologies like Oracle / Postgre SQL, Maria DB ,MSSQL etc.
2.Should have hands on experience in implementing projects.Product implementations,preferably in the BFSI/Telco/Insurance domain will be a definite advantage.
3.Basic understanding on Performance tuning.
4.Good communication & customer handling skill.
5.Act as a first line executive in understanding the business requirements and map it to SunTec Products.
6.Ability to analyze and trouble shoot any incidents arising from deployments and work with other teams to resolve it within SLA.
7.Experience in Product deployment / System Engineer.
8.SaaS / Cloud knowledge will be an added advantage.
