Front End Team Lead Job in Sunarc Technologies

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Front End Team Lead with a solid technical background and leadership skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment primarily using the latest development practices. Candidate responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role,you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools with web/mobile applications; we d like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:

• At least 5+ years of experience hand-coding HTML (5), CSS(3) and other UI technologies, React, Angular will be a plus.
• Deep understanding of object oriented JavaScript, solid programming background
• Experience in back-end frameworks used to develop dynamic web pages
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems
• User Interface Design, Information Architecture, graphic design experience a plus
• Understanding of good design principles and ability to adhere to complex design specifications during implementation
• Experience developing accessible websites (Section 508, W3C WAI Guidelines, etc.)
• Experiences Optimizing for Search Engines
• Developing well-thought-out user experience flows and designing interfaces for websites that provide the best possible user experience.
• Producing wireframes and mockups.
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders.
• Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
• Conceptualising and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts.
• Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Strong written & oral communication as well as presentation skills
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
