1.Previous working experience as a UX Designer for ____ years
2.Good Knowledge of Front-end technologies (JavaScript frameworks, HTML, SCSS, CSS frameworks, Bootstrap, React JS)
3.Basic Knowledge of Design Tools like Adobe XD/Figma
4.Knowledge of Agile Methodology
5.Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
6.Agile project experience with continuous Integration & Delivery
7.Hands-on expertise with UX design & development of large-scale IT projects and implementation of the full web development, including layers involving the following
8.Ability to manage group of UX developer and Guide them with coding standard and delivery
9.Working experience of highly scalable application development with core application authorization & security constructs, practices.
10.Good understanding of UX Development and also to be hands on
11.Should empower UX teams in following best coding standards
12.Certified on cloud native stacks
13.Good understanding of Professional UX development standard and guideline
14.Knowledge on financial applications / transformation projects in BFSI space.
15.Proficient with Git for version control.
