- Troubleshooting
- Coordinating with Customers and IT Team
- Tracking MobiApp performance

Requirement:
- Should have at least 2-3 years of Customer Support experience.
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Multi lingual.
- Candidate will have to work onsite (at Customer locations)
- Owning a two wheeler would be an added advantage
