  • Troubleshooting
  • Coordinating with Customers and IT Team
  • Tracking MobiApp performance
  • MIS Reports

Requirement:

  • Should have at least 2-3 years of Customer Support experience.
  • Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Multi lingual.
  • Candidate will have to work onsite (at Customer locations)
  • Owning a two wheeler would be an added advantage
