Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide technical support for our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Need to provide training to the customer.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide excellent customer service
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services
Skills
- 1+ years experience in customer support or a related field
- Expressive communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with customer support software and systems
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive and professional behaviour.
Must have:
- Tally knowledge
- Good knowledge in accounting field.
- Languages : English, Kannada, Any regional languages (Telugu,Tamil),Hindi (must )
- Stable profile. No job-hoppers.
- NO educational gap and job gap
- Currently serving notice period is fine up to 15 days less
Experience Required :
