Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide technical support for our products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Need to provide training to the customer.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide excellent customer service
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services

Skills

  • 1+ years experience in customer support or a related field
  • Expressive communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with customer support software and systems
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Positive and professional behaviour.

Must have:

  • Tally knowledge
  • Good knowledge in accounting field.
  • Languages : English, Kannada, Any regional languages (Telugu,Tamil),Hindi (must )
  • Stable profile. No job-hoppers.
  • NO educational gap and job gap
  • Currently serving notice period is fine up to 15 days less
Experience Required :

Minimum 1 Year
