Job Description:
- Assisting customers for site visits for technical queries
- Checking up mails set up the priorities and highlighting seniors in replying the mails
- Client Interaction regarding Modification works
- Co-ordination with concerned departments and give clearance for the payment received against modification and inform the same to senior.
- Preparation of modified drawing and issue the same to site with respective authorities sign
- Conduct site visits on schedule, to ensure work on site is progressing as per design details
- Customer complaint register and all documents relevent to handing over and customer service should be properly documented
- Involved in Flat Takeover from the technical team and flat Handover to the customers
- Maintenance of ISO related Files.
Skills Required:
- Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Strong writing and presentation ability skills
- Proficient in MS office and internet
