    Job Description:

    • Delivering targeted top line as per the project's business plan by meeting sales targets.
    • Projection & maintenance of a super luxury real estate brand attitude & delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base.
    • Staying up-to-date with product & market knowledge and being able to add value to clientele.
    • Generating sales from various traditional & non-traditional activities.
    • Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
    • Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the project.
    • Development and maintain a comprehensive database of clients and channel partners.
    • Responsible for generating Sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
    • Report on Sales Activities to reporting authority.
    • Reaching the targets and goals set by the Management.
    • Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
    • Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
    • Collecting customer feedback and market research.


    Skills Required:

    • Experience in real estate or other sectors selling high value products like Financial Services, Insurance, high end cars, a minimum of 5 yrs. from real estate industry desirable.
    • Should be aggressive, and track records for creating and implementing sales strategies.
    • Capable of managing a team of 5-6 people.
    • Have a good understanding of the Current market.
