Job Summary

Job Profile

  • Understand the sales brief of residential project as provided by the Sr VP and analyze the demographics, competition and other relevant parameters.
  • Draw a list of potential Institutions / Corporates clients
  • Establish/ maintain relationships with channel partnersfocusing on Corporates for residential sales.
  • Discuss the unique/ distinguishing features of the projects and the estimated rates for sales with Corporates.
  • Assist in launch of events/ marketing summits for the properties by inviting Institutions / Corporates clients.
  • Understand the client requirements and expectations in terms of budgets, physical infrastructure requirements, technical requirements etc.
  • Make an effective sales pitch to clients highlighting the unique features of the project/s and the suitability of the project for addressing their requirements.
  • Discuss and resolve the clients queries
  • Ensure adherence to the pricing metrics and pricing policy.
  • Manage negotiations and finalization/ closing of the deal/s in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor the completion and signing of the agreement.
  • Clarify the terms/ clauses provided in the agreement.
  • Maintain a separate record for each client in order to track their history, payment records, email exchanges etc.

Minimum Requirements

MBA from Teir 1/2 institutes.
Min. 7 years of experience in real estate company
Ability to generate own leads in real estate luxury segment across corporates is a MUST!!!!
Excellent communication and negotiating skills
Must be a self-starter with the desire to grow with the organisation by contributing to your individual and organisation success.
