PROJECT FINANCE - MID TO SENIOR LEVEL

REQUIREMENTS (Raising Finance for real estate projects from Banks, NBFCs, PEs or HNIs)

Reaching out to Banks, NBFCs, Private Equity and HNIs to for project financing
Making sure each project has financial closure
Making sure average cost of funds for the group is in control and reduced periodically
Creating all the project cashflows and pitch book for FI interaction
Coordinating with the credit agencies for credit appraisal
