Job Summary
PROJECT FINANCE - MID TO SENIOR LEVEL
REQUIREMENTS (Raising Finance for real estate projects from Banks, NBFCs, PEs or HNIs)
- Reaching out to Banks, NBFCs, Private Equity and HNIs to for project financing
- Making sure each project has financial closure
- Making sure average cost of funds for the group is in control and reduced periodically
- Creating all the project cashflows and pitch book for FI interaction
- Coordinating with the credit agencies for credit appraisal
