  • B.Tech (CS/IT) / M.Tech / MCA / MBA
  • 10 13 years of experience in project management

  • Proficiency in change management

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage projects independently, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and agreed quality standards.
  • Maintain and update all project artifacts, including plans, roadmaps, sprint boards, and risk registers.
  • Proactively manage resource allocation and deallocation to avoid project delays.
  • Serve as the primary point of communication between the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Address project blockers promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Share billing data with the accounts team according to the project s billing cycle.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including creating estimates, drafting proposals, and providing solutions.
  • Take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring success and mitigating risks.
