EbizONis looking for a skilled, extrovert, and enthusiastic HR Professional - IT Recruiter to join our growing team at our Noidaoffice in Logix Cyber Park. The ideal candidate should be hands on in IT Recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Managing end to end Recruitment that includes sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, etc
- Sourcing the right profiles from the Job Portals by performing appropriate search. Sourcing suitable candidates within timelines against each open position.
- Using various sourcing channels for identifying relevant candidates like - job portals, social media & referencing.
- Screening of profiles as per the mandates shared.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board and social sites like Linked-IN, Facebook etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company's reputation as best place to work
- Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up.
- Developing new database by making fresh calls, cold call.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Eligibility: Only CBSE and ICSE BOARD candidates ELIGIBLE
- 70% throughout Academics
