Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Should be having strong work experience in Business Analysis
  • Should be proficient in soft skills
  • To work collaboratively across the business, IT and Change, providing coaching and guidance to BAs, to review the organization s use of technology and advise business stakeholders on ways to make processes more efficient and employees more productive and work as part of delivery teams to deliver optimal system solutions.
  • Translating business problems and requirements into solution options, providing the conduit between customers, end users and IT Delivery teams in order to optimal solutions
  • Preparing detailed and robust process specifications, estimating costs of upgrades and improvements to deliver benefits realization and success criteria
  • Planning and implementing system improvements, that meet success criteria, measures of success and align to the IT Delivery portfolio priorities
  • Providing ownership for assigned systems, maximizing capability and development opportunities to optimize system performance now and in the future
  • Providing coaching, support and guidance to Business Systems Analysts, contributing to building analyst capabilities to meet the requirements of the IT Delivery Portfolio and business needs
  • Adhering to IT Delivery governance, controls, methodologies and compliance standards and expectations
  • Experience of analysing business process in the IT environment
  • Skilled in time management and able to conduct a range of tasks and priorities, simultaneously
  • Track record in facilitation, communication and engagement at multiple levels
  • Ability to engage and challenge stakeholders
  • Appropriate professional qualification
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and constructively challenge to achieve productive solutions
  • Strong analysis and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and solution creation skills
  • Confident and resilient
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and presence.
