Job Title - Business Analyst

Role Overview: Saeculum Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Business Analyst to contribute to the successful execution of various projects

across different domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

business analysis, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, and a solid

understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

Understand and document customer business functions and processes.

Work with department managers and staff to identify business needs,

objectives, current operations, problems, and system access

requirements.

Serve as a bridge between end-users, technical teams, and management

to analyze, design, test, and maintain service management systems for

optimal performance.

Lead business process improvement projects by analyzing gaps and

creating multiple solutions.

Design new programs and processes by analyzing data, creating

workflows, and writing business requirements.

Improve systems and processes by reviewing current practices and

suggesting changes.

Prepare technical reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data

and trends.

Develop and implement quality assurance processes for all improvement

projects and new client onboarding.

Define project scope and create backup plans.

Communicate business needs to IT developers to ensure the final solution

meets business requirements.

Maintain a project schedule to balance process improvements with new

client onboarding.

Experience with software requirements gathering, documentation, and

management.

Understanding of capital market systems, financial instruments, and

market data analysis.

Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.

Create and manage a variety of diagrams, including but not limited to

Flow Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams,

Entity-Relationship (ER) Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Activity

Diagrams, Class Diagrams, State Diagrams, and Network Diagrams, to

support project analysis, documentation, and decision-making processes.

Working days - Monday to Friday
