Job Summary

Purpose: -To hire manager having strong writing and communications skills as well as expert knowledge in social media and skills in public relations, customer service, and some marketing experience.ResponsibilitiesSet and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategiesImplement all social media and communication campaignsProvide engaging text, image and video content for social media accountsRespond to comments and customer queries in a timely mannerMonitor and report on feedback and online reviewsOrganize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awarenessCoordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistencyLiaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and featuresBuild relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalistsStay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Minimum Requirements

Requirements2-3 Years of experience as a community managerBachelor''''s degree or higher degree in marketingGood Communication skills.Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)Excellent verbal communication skillsExcellent writing skillsHands on experience with social media management for brandsAbility to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metricsKnowledge of online marketing and marketing channelsAttention to detail and ability to multitask.Immediate Joiner.
