Job Specification: Design and implement social media strategies that align with clients goals. (5%) Manage social media marketing campaigns. (10%) Design, create and manage all published content, promotions, and social media ads campaign. (10%) Define the most important social media KPIs. (5%) Collaborate with Delivery Manager and Operations Manager to ensure brand consistency. (5%) Recruit, hire, onboard, promote, or dismiss Web Developer and SEO Expert, Email Marketing Specialist, and Graphics and Content Writer. (10%) Train, coach, motivate, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the Web Developer and SEO Expert, Email Marketing Specialist, and Graphics and Content Writer. (20%) Conduct monthly report meetings with the Web Developer and SEO Expert, Email Marketing Specialist, and Graphics and Content Writer. (10%) Review and analyze reports submitted by the Web Developer and SEO Expert, Email Marketing Specialist, Graphics, and Content Writer, and take necessary actions to any issues and concerns. (5%) Communicate with followers, respond to queries on time, and monitor customer reviews. (5%) Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in digital social media and apps. (5%) Compile end-of-month reports showing results. (5%) Analyze data to determine the performance of the social media campaigns and prepare monthly performance reports to be submitted to the Executive Manager. (5%)
