Minimum Requirements
Candidate Profile: Experience of Managing Multiple Projects at a time. Exposure to Embedded Systems Should have handled a team of 30-40 Resources and look into the Job Assignment, Training, career development, performance management, Communication and bonding of team members. Should be with 10-15 years of experience (with at least 3 years as a Project Manager). Experience in Interacting closely with Customer for Deliveries, Issue Resolution, New Opportunities etc. Good awareness of the safety domain. Process oriented and proven delivery management capabilities. Good knowledge in project estimation and Planning.Knowledge on following will be added advantage.Technical SkillsAda; C; C++ UML; ARTISAN Rational rose; Rhapsody RT-RT; AdaTest; LDRA; CANTATA Non Technical:Configuration Management tools; Project Management tools; Requirement Management tools .Exposure/Experience in Safety standards like DO178B; CENELEC EN50128 etc
