Responsibilities :- She will supervise a set of counter consultants whoare based at chain stores like shoppers stop or Lifestlyelooking after the Enamor brand of Lingerie.- She will be responsible for ensuringdiscipline and sales effectiveness of the counter consultants- She will have to conduct regular trainingfor the girls on product and selling skills to ensure high customersatisfaction levels.- She will have a close working relationshipwith the Area Sales manager to ensure effective display of enamor atstores and implement visual merchandisingplans that come from head office.- She will be responsible forion andrecruitment of new counter consultants,performance appraisals ofexisting counter consultants andcommunication of monthly target and incentives
Minimum Requirements
