Job Summary


1. Read, understand and analyse internal processes as per the HR policies for managing processes and educating employees.
2. Timely execution of all HR related tasks without follow-ups.
3. Manage and maintain personnel files of employees
4. Resolve employee queries by ensuring hands on knowledge on all processes
5. Timely escalations of issues and concerns to mitigate risks
6. Pay close attention to quality of communication with various stakeholders.
7. Ensure process documents/SOPs are followed and updated regularly.
8. Perform Root Cause Analysis on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control
9. Data governance on HRMS i.e. SuccessFactors (SF) with an objective to meet the data privacy standards
10. Look for continuous opportunities to enhance HR Ops processes, employee satisfaction and reduce time & cost
11. Ensure the process dashboards (MIS) and visual displays are prepared and regularly updated to key stakeholders.
12. Employee life cycle management different letters preparation, data updation on SF.


Qualification :
Graduation/ MBA/Post Graduation
Experience Required :

Minimum 4 Years
