Job Summary

Position Demands

  • Demonstrated experience in HR leadership roles for a min of 5 years in C&B domain.
  • Total experience of a min 10 years in HR and related fields.
  • In depth subject matter know how in the field of C&B.
  • Knowledge of different compensation and benefits practices around pay, incentive systems, long term
  • incentive plans.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefit practices of India as per Indian IT act and labour laws.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Strategic:

  • Design, develop and implement interventions around job sizing, competitive compensation and benefits.
  • system, HR operations, and managed shared services.
  • Use digital systems to digitise employee data, C&B processes, generate measures and insights to inform and shape people and org interventions.
  • expats solutions within and outside of India, solutions towards long term incentive plans, and HR and payroll shared services.
  • Analyse compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates.
  • Develop competitive compensation plan. For India and other regions (LATAM) and other as per business needs.

Financial Management:

  • Track and manage budgets and cost benefits analysis of different solutions and interventions in this domain.

Operational:

  • Design, evaluate and re-engineer benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements. Continuously enhance the Value proposition for attraction & retention of Talent.
  • Fulfil all reporting requirements of all relevant government rules and regulations, including the Employee Retirement Programs including NPS and so on.
  • Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies.
  • Administer the six-monthly performance management process cycle for the group starting from goal setting to goal assessment to pay-out of variable pay.
  • Manage the budgeting process for the group HR functions and monitor and track spend and optimal usage of HR budgets.

People Management:

  • Change manages org wide program roll outs.
