Job Summary
Provide analyst support services to the Client Relations Manager, including presentation and ad hoc reporting Manage report inventory Analyzing data for the management team Develop an understanding of client service operations to improve and enhance productivity and customer satisfaction Gathering data and performing research on prospects and existing clients Maintenance of the CRM systems Assistance with marketing collateral and campaigns Ability to communicate professionally Effective written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel, and Outlook Ability to identify and communicate trending matters in the industry Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to organize workload Bachelor s Degree preferred or equivalent experience 1-3 industry experience preferred 1 - 3 years
