Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Analyst.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analyst support services to the Client Relations Manager, including presentation and ad hoc reporting
  • Manage report inventory
  • Analyzing data for the management team
  • Develop an understanding of client service operations to improve and enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Gathering data and performing research on prospects and existing clients
  • Maintenance of the CRM systems
  • Assistance with marketing collateral and campaigns
  • Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to identify and communicate trending matters in the industry
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize workload
  • Bachelor s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 industry experience preferred
