Core Business Analysis Skills
Requirements Gathering and Requirements Analysis
Creating Business Process Flows, Business Requirement Document and Functional Requirement Documents.
Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups; User Stories and Use Cases.
Preparing requirement trace-ability matrix.
Communicating requirements among team members.
Client Communication written and Oral.
Proficient with open office and other office tools with microsoft visio & Microsoft project.
Experience working in an Agile environment. Handling Change Requests. Thorough knowledge of the entire SDLC and its methodologies.
General Management Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to self-manage different priorities.
Train and Groom a set of junior BA.
Technical Skills Familiarity with social media and Search Engines.
Exposure to RDBMS concept and databases like MSSQL, Oracle.
Understanding of web applications and web development environment.
Understanding of mobile development Environment such as iOS, Android.
Keen eye for details and execution oriented personality.
