Job Summary Quality Analyst Desired Candidate Profile We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we d like to meet you. Responsibilities
  • Creating a test plan.
  • Using the plan to assess functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems.
  • Using the plan to hunt down and fix software bugs.
  • Looking for ways to prevent bugs from occurring in the first place.
  • Guarding against incorrect language usage, truncated text and incorrect formatting.
  • Ensuring the product is culturally compatible with the target market.
  • Rebuilding the corrected software application.
Requirements
  • Should have experience in Manual testing
  • Must have experience in Defect Tracking Tool like JIRA, Bugzilla.
  • Must have knowledge of Automation process.
  • Have a good command on Trello.
  • Should be hands-on to coordinate with the team / manager
  • Should be responsible to keep projects on track and take complete ownership of deliverables
  • White-box/Gray-box testing knowledge is a must.
  • Should be capable to coordinate with the client on issues / clarifications
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Individual team player with high flexibility
  • Experience in building Test strategy, Test plan and Test case
  • Knowledge of a broad range of software applications and of hardware and networks.
  • Strong programming knowledge and software testing concepts.
  • Ability to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to approach a problem creatively.
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems.
