Job Summary

Job Description:
  • Lead the team of Administrators.
  • Coordinate with the customer each day and accountable for the team"s delivery and performance.
  • Provide leadership, direction and coach/mentor team
  • Should have strong troubleshooting skills and lead the effort in resolving issues in timely manner.
  • Work with team on technical queries, deliverables and documentations.
  • Interact with customer on daily basis and work on all issues with the team.
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Provide direction, support and regular feedback to the team keep their performance in check at all times.
  • A quick learner
  • Should be flexible, resourceful and should be able to take quick decisions.
  • Ability to work in multi-tasking environment
  • Show highest standards of professionalism and should know how to interact with senior management and customer.
  • Good knowledge in HLD / LLD for new infrastructure, Customize network, MS Visio tool and Open Source tool.
  • Good knowledge of Routing protocol Eigrp, Ospf, BGP and Static and Troubleshooting.
  • Good Knowledge in Layer2 & Layer3 Switching technology Like VLAN, VTP Server/Client, STP, RSTP, MSTP, Rapid-PVST, Inter-Vlan routing, HSRP, VRRP, Stacking Switching & troubleshooting.
  • Firewall Inside, Outside & DMZ zone and Security Level, Policy, rule management, security, High-Availability, Cluster, Failover, logs monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Manage network devices backup manual, tftp and auto-backup tool.
  • Remote IOS upgrade of network devices like Switches, Routers, Firewall and WLC.
  • Network monitoring tools, NCM, NPM, Syslog servers, TFTP Server, Ingress/Egress Traffic Analyzer, Alerts, Health monitoring.
  • Good Knowledge in troubleshooting of Routers, Switches and Firewalls.

  • Cisco Wireless with WLC
  • Good Knowledge in VPN on Router, Firewall, IPSec-VPN, DMVPN, RA-VPN, GRE, MGRE
  • Knowledge of IPSLA, Track, Routing Failover, Tunneling, QOS
  • Good Knowledge of NMS, NPM, NCM like Nagios, SolarWinds and PRTG, OPmanager
  • Good Knowledge on Backup/restore, IOS, Running Configuration, Start-up Config, network and firewall monitoring.
  • Good Knowledge of Firewall CLI and UTM firewall devices, licenses, Blade and services management.
